Wonderful

I loved staying here, it was very relaxing, I could rest very well! The staff is very attentive, they made me feel very comfortable! Very interesting the bungalow structure, I loved the idea! Learning skitesurfing was the most fun and challenging thing I experienced in my life! Thank you so much!

Everything perfect, shame about the plastic

I find this Bungalow Hotel really nice! I like the concept, the cuisine is very good and the cocktails that Carlos prepares are exceptional. The only flaw: THE PLASTIC. I find it inconceivable that ONLY plastic cups are used in a hotel immersed in an important nature reserve like that of Paracas. I invite the owners to pay attention to this aspect because in a historical period like this we can no longer afford not to pay attention to the environment.

Overpriced, bad service and super basic

We have stayed in this accommodation for its location which is directly at the kite beach. This is the best and actually only thing good about this place.
Super basic amenities, very small room etc. You have to request cleaning, towels etc every single day. I find it incredible that such place can charge prices of a decent hotel. Breakfast consists of 1,5 piece of toast with one scrambled egg!! There is a lunch/dinner facilities but terribly over priced. Everything is charged for sperately (for example asking for plain rice instead of fries). On top had food poisoning on my second day from the food.
I would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever stay here again. Such a shame because location is great if you kite surfing. But would recommend to stay in another place which will be better worth the money and take a taxi to the beach (costs about 3euro), and leave your equipment at the school. It would save you lots of money and most likely have a more pleasant stay.

Not worth the money

Bar and "restaurant" are closing on the late afternoon. Your can't even grab a beer in the evening and the included breakfast is absolutely a cheek. Every hostel costs max half of the price and is a lot better.

This hotel was amazing!! We were there during low season (late June) and practically had the place to ourselves. The rooms are all individual units (imagine clean, fancy shipping containers with nice vinyl flooring, bathrooms and windows) complete with patios, picnic tables and grills outside. There are three pools (one just for kids), a ton of hammocks, bikes, surf/paddle boards, a small restaurant/bar, and it’s right next to a windsurfing shop with lessons and morning/evening yoga classes. It’s at the end of the road so it’s very quiet, and the rental includes a free paddle board (one use included with stay, and you can rent them after that, I think). The staff was SO great and helpful. It’s not like we make it to Peru from Alaska often, but we are definitely coming back to this place the next time we’re here! It’s about 5 minutes and S/10 (about $3) for the taxi to and from town. It boarders the national park, so do a paddle in the morning before the wind picks up and head over to watch all the birds on the isolated beach. Gorgeous. Hotel dog Estrella will definitely win you over as well. (I tried several times to upload photos but it’s not working, will try another post with pics later.)
