Pleasant surprise in Encarnación!
It has a restaurant with varied dishes at good prices and excellent quality. Without having to go out and look for options
Great location, with an incredible view
The hotel is always clean. The staff attentive to everything
The buffet breakfast was a luxury. Your bread and bills
I would recommend improving the A.A. system a little, which was very strong despite raising the temperature. Since we were staying with children, it was a bit complicated.
Some more outlets could be added to the room.
Overall we had a fantastic few days
Thank you Marcela the manager for being attentive and in the restaurant to the girl Sara and the other girls whose names I don't remember!
We will return and recommend this hotel.

Dinner ok, but little more.
There's not many options to choose from in Encarnación, but to use this hotel you have to expect to find a 3* rather than a 4*.

Fantastic Infrastructure but it has too many stars
An extremely negative point that would make me no longer decide to return to the place and also not recommend it, at least for families, is the Breakfast Service with its "person in charge" who the only thing he does on days when there is little influx of people is try to limit the hours. breakfast leaving the tables with signs marked Reserved and ready with dishes for lunch even if it is 9 am; Coffee, milk and water for tea also leave you cold if you don't get up for breakfast early, which I understand is what is induced by the actions. On days when the hotel is full, the replenishment of groceries is terrible the closer it gets to the time of 10am when they close breakfast, leaving practically only the leftovers 30 minutes before, when it is well known that if one goes on vacation days and even more With children it is unlikely that you will be at breakfast between 7am and 8am.
There is no flexibility whatsoever with the closing hours of the breakfast room, even on weekends or holidays, and it is also worth highlighting a minor detail that they do not have any food sector for celiacs.
They also do not have service in the pool during our stay, which was during 06 days of Easter and the hotel was full.
I would not return nor recommend and would take at least one and a half stars.

Only few staff speaks english, not very helpful
Close to bus terminal but a little far from restaurants in town
But there is a very good restaurant at the. It has good service, food and wine.
