A nice and comfortable hotel. Did not have the breakfast but other family members said it was a good and tasty spread. The air-conditioning was not really cool and there was a leak in the wash basin in the bathroom that was not fixed till I left. I had to put the bin under the sink to collect water. Request for toilet roll was ignored. The porters were helpful and polite as were the security at the gate.

Wonderful & chilled experience

I would like to thank the General Manager and the courteous staff at Ivy hotel, Emerald court Ikeja for their wonderful hospitality and professionalism shown during my stay at the hotel. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Lagos, and will be privileged to book another stay in this hotel. Furthermore, due to the close proximity to local shops, I happily recommend the hotel to anyone interested in staying in Ikeja. By the way, their pounded yam and egusi soup is amazing.

Terrible experience

Positives:
Room was nice, very large.
Negatives:
1. Elevator wasn’t working, I had to climb the stairs with my luggage, though with the help of a staff.
2. During breakfast, I asked the restaurant waitress where the juice for breakfast was, then she got a pack of juice from the fridge and gave it to me. As I was leaving back to my room, I was asked to pay for the juice, that the juice gotten from the fridge wasn’t part of the breakfast meal. But I asked for juice for breakfast, I didn’t ask to buy.

This hotel is a top notch in ikeja , it’s very clean and has good social amenities , staffs are so kind and nice , Breakfast was nice but could improve more … I did enjoy my stay here and would be back !!
