Good Hotel, Location Not Ideal for Walking

There were some positives and small negative to this hotel. For the positives, we had two rooms in this hotel during our stay. One of the rooms was good, no issues but the second room had mold in the bathroom. Other than the mold issue in the room, everything in the room was fine. AC unit worked great, refrigerator worked and kept drinks chilled. This is important because the weather in Lagos is hot and those chilled drinks come in handy.
The onsite Indian restaurant (Cilantro) was excellent. The food was good. We also tried their rooftop bar, that was good as well. The staff during check in were friendly and welcoming.
The one negative is that the hotel gets busy so traffic getting in and out can take some time. The location of the hotel is not great for walking around outside the hotel. Recommend always take a taxi or Uber when you want to go out.

Excellent customer service all round.

It was my second time staying at this place, I enjoyed my stay the staff are excellent always smiling. Rooms kept tidy and the general outlook very pleasing.The hotel is on a good location close to shopping mall, market, walking distance and the beach is close by

Far from a usual Four Point Sheraton. Dirty rooms, AC ancient, water cuts could force you to wash with a towel and bottled water. The breakfast was mediocre at best! Won’t be going back again! But the rates, well aligned with a “real” Four Point!
