No service at all !

Very poor service. We have stayed 1 night in this hotel. We have Booked a massage the last day and we did not check out as we wanted to have a shower after the massage. The staff put us out of the room before the end of our stay when we were in the wellness because they considered that all the rooms have to be cleaned at 11.00 . So we had to pack urgently our things and return to the wellness. The staff is not customer minded at all ! This not professional at all! We have not been informed that we had to check out before we go to the wellness ! That is a shame ! We will never return to Fletcher's hotels !

Cheap and not so cheerful

The hotel was rather shabby and in need of a refurbishment. Room was very poorly lit with uncongenial yellow overhead lighting. The room did not really feel very clean or welcoming. Bathroom floor looked dirty as well. Thin towels in the bathroom.
The food in the brasserie was not good. I had chicken sate which was overcooked and with poor quality meat. The service was slow as well. I had to wait a long time for a disappointing dinner. Breakfast was ok, but the dishes not really hot. I got what I paid for - i had a cheap rate. I will not stay there again and cancelled my next reservation.

Mediocre.

The room is large and spacious with comfortable beds and there are also two armchairs and a small table. Unfortunately carpeted that is not very clean and full of stains. There's a lot of water running out in the bathroom when you shower.
Very nice service where clean towels were hung on the door in a bag when we hung on the ‘do not disturb sign’. Free parking outside the hotel. The hotel is located far from the city itself. Breakfast is very high class. Lots to choose from. Lovely freshly baked bread. Nothing was missing. Also lovely fruits like melon and pineapple etc. Very nice serviceminded staff in the breakfast room. We tested the dining room one night and ordered Fletchers burger which was the worst burger I have eaten. More cooked than fried. In o check out takes time. Only ONE staff.

Not recommended

Not recommended. Room freezing even though the heating was at max. After an hour the clothes were damp in the closet. Bathroom no heating. The sauna of 90 degrees piece and the sauna of 70 did not give enough heat. Infrared was shielded but still tried not successful. In the relaxation room was a lot of dirty plates nothing is cleaned up. Really not recommended

No Air Conditioning!!!

Great rooms, neat, nice hotel. One big drawback. No air conditioning. From a 4 star hotel you can expect the rooms to have air conditioning. The room has 1 small window that opens. Was very stuffy. Asked for a fan, they didn't have one. Very unfortunate....
