Brilliant, Budget Break!
Our room was perfect for what we needed, a bit on the small size and located in the basic, budget hotel out the back. The steep, stairs were a bit scary however, added to the whole Amsterdam experience.
We had a shared bathroom and shower near our room. Because it was so close to the toilet the first night, I kept thinking people were trying to get into our room, but once I got used to the fact that people were just using the loo it was fine. Bunk bed squeaked a lot and was a little uncomfortable however, we still slept ok.
Breakfast was great and the staff are lovely, they couldn't be more helpful.
Would definitely stay here again!
My tip would be; Our room was very budget, you may want to slightly upgrade to the main hotel which looked a lot nicer than our budget building.

What you see is what you get (and I liked what I saw :)
Excellent price.
Excellent location.
Seamless payment procedure and very accommodating staff.
The beds were dreamlike in comfort and the shower and toilet facilities were well kept.
