Wonderful accommodation

This is not a normal hotel - it is a gorgeous traditional riad, and I found myself in a luxury room with private bathroom.
The riad and the attitude of the helpful owners were both simply superb.
A little worry I have had in Morocco is having difficulty in finding accommodation within medinas. Here is the best of both worlds - you're certainly in the medina, but it is a short walk to entrances, which makes it easy to find the riad.
For two nights I paid €38.78.
Breakfast would have been 45 dirham more, but I was up & away early on both days so didn't partake.

Successful stopover in Meknes

Mokhtar is extremely kind.
The whole family keeps the ryad running smoothly.
The room on the left we had is very spacious and clean.
The meal, a couscous chicken vegetables, cooked especially for us was delicious.

You gotta stay here

Me and my friend came to explore the city and found out that everything in the city was shut down for restoration which is an undergoing project since 2019 and still have not finished. So this place become our Highlight. Very nice atmosphere and vibe, the guy was friendly and nice. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and fresh, aircondition worked perfectly.

Very good value for money for this Riad, very well located and easily accessible from one of the gates of the medina. Many restaurants nearby and possibility of having meals delivered by the adjoining restaurant (amrani restaurant). It is also possible to have breakfast on site. Kitchen not very functional on the other hand. Superb terrace in the middle of the medina.

Bab Berdaine

Very great hotel/hostel. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Great rooftop. The breakfast was delicious. Very clean bathroom. Only the WiFi is slow, but this only is a minor issue. There are very nice small fountains in the middle of the resting area/restaurant.
