Was a rough stay the firdt night no AC and not Hot water in the shower but they totally made it right and gave me a presidential suite the next night. Thank you

The hotel is placed in the City Center and you can move around easily, but the area is pretty noisy. The hotel could be in better shape, for example, better lighting in the restroom, a coffee maker, an iron, etc.
The hotel staff was kind and proactive. However, it was hard to figure out how to get a receipt when doing the check out.

Very friendly staff. Hotel food was as good or better than a lot of the food I had around town. Restrooms are a bit cramped but much ro do about that. Overall great stay.
