Great experience and attention received

I want to thank the Reception staff for their attention and prompt response on what we were dealing with that day.
For the room assignment that was very suitable for what we need.
Thank you to Joshua for answering us by phone and resolving our questions and needs so quickly. Many thanks to Reyna, Dayana, Alejandra, in our arrival.
And of course thank you to Laura Lozano for recommending this beautiful hotel for the stay of my daughter and her husband, for the photo shoot of their wedding in its beautiful facilities.
I highly recommend Hotel Krystal Monterrey. Of course he'd come back.

Not a good experience

Am por hotel with lack of maintenance.
The facility conos be better, the carpets are dirty, the gym it’s in pretty bad conditions,l and the restaurant staff is distracted.
If the price is your issue, and you don’t care about service or the quality of the things, may be it’s your place to stay

Awful experience, dirty rooms and terrible customer service.

We got there in an international flight that got early to the country and obviously to the hotel too. I had previously called to let them know about this and arrange any extra fee for an early check in but anyway we had to wait 4.5 hours to check in only to get a disgusting and dirty room... the wall next to my bed was disgusting...it appeared to have body fluids and foot prints. The cleaning was really bad, the bathroom smelled, food was awful, and the service was terrible as well. We just wasted our time and money in that place. We made a complaint about the situation but they didn't care and obviously didn't do anything about it.
That place is not what it looks like on the websites. Don't let them fool you like they did with us. I travel a lot for work and I’ve visited many countries but I never had such an experience like this one… was awful!

First of all it was not good that you have to pay for parking when the reservation says free valet parking. You check in and the first thing they tell you is that you havevto pay for parking. It would be better to know ahead of time of the charge, no surprises. The hallways are dirty, the room had hair in the bathroom floor, the mirrors dirty and it needs more cleaning. A hotel of that category should be top notch. The beds are extremely comfortable and it is not noisy.

Perfect location for our sightseeing of trip of Monterrey. Beautiful views of the city and mountains. Very close to many excellent restaurants. Room was exceptionally large.
Room not ready when we arrived early, so checked our bags, came back approx 4 hours later. Room was given to us, but was unbelievable hot, AC wasn't on. We turned it on and unpacked.
Floors weren't particularly clean, no bathmat, handtowel, drinking water, or an extra roll of TP.
Thought hmmm, not wonderful for a 5star hotel.
The interior hallways were in dire need of vacumming.
Next day all was corrected thanks to our housekeeper and the maintenance fellows got the AC runing.
We did really enjoy the hotel, just wish they had a little more care with the condition of a room they rent.
