I only give 4 stars to hotel because there's 2 elevators and only one was working so it was taking forever to use it, and internet was very slow

Only one elevator works, the rooms are dirty, the food is repetitive, and the service is very poor.

The facilities are ok, but i see two problems, one its the elevators don't work and we are in the 10th floor, we have been waiting for couples hours so far, and 2nd, the hotel Kristal that its next door, all their drainage water comes out straight to the beach and the ocean, its absolutely disgusting
The Ritz needs a serious upgrade, it looks old and cheap decoration. The staff are fantastic, food its good and the beach clean and well kept.

place is old and run down, tub was old and needs to be replaced. Food is a mixture of everything, good but can be better. Looked like they were just making what they had and nothing went together. Staff could be friendlier, Bar guys were happy and friendly!
