A great location for this budget hotel!

Great location and ease to access the party strip and the beach. The pool was a really nice surprise and we nearly had it to ourselves most of the time. Fab aircon as it got seriously hot! We would definitely recommend if you are on a budget as it's definitely value for money!

Very disappoint with this hotel

No one at this hotel spoke any English, which is unusual for a tourist destination. The suites say they have a full kitchen, but we didn't have a microwave, toaster or coffeemaker. We also didn't have ice cube tray, but we were able to get those. There was 1 mug, mismatch pots & pans, the can opener was so dirty we never used it. Only 2 glasses, and 1 spoon. The hotel doesn't supply and dishwashing material, so it's easy to understand why things aren't cleaner. Our bathroom flooded continually. The cleaning staff had to know about as they were picking up very wet towels every day. One pool was only 2 - 4 feet deep, so just a wading pool. The other pool didn't have a hand rail to get into and out of the pool, just stairs. We were also charged more for our room than we were quoted on Booking.com, but hard to argue the price when no one speaks English. There was only AC in the bedroom, so the rest of the suite was very hot.

Worst hotel in Acapulco

I’ve been there for a month because we knew the place but they’re starting to get a lot of bus of tourist from Mexico in the weekend so I could sleep on weekends because they don’t have rules in that hotel or wouldn’t apply them had drunk people screaming all day all night couldn’t go to the pool because it was either really disgusting or full of drunk people they were even doing repair of the hotel all day so I don’t know when I was supposed to sleep ... worst hotel experience of my life no gestion the pool maintenance is horrible and on the weekends forget about sleep or going in the pool it’s imposible ... the beds are really uncomfortable the wifi is really really bad can’t even download a movie on Netflix because you don’t get wifi in your rooms only in certain part of the hotel like your balcony and next to the pool and it’s so poor that I would call it wifi ... the only good thing in all that was the maid she’s really nice and always smiling she’s the only one that deserve a thumbs up in all this

Could do with a bit more Jaz(z)

Great location but pretty run down. Travelling with friends we wanted somewhere central and this place is just that. It does not have a seaview but this did not bother us. In fact the views are either of the main road into Acapulco or the plain facade of the shopping plaza on the other side of the street. It does have a pool. I took a suite for $800 and it had two double beds, a kitchenette, A/C, TV and cable (that did not work), and bathroom. The first suite I took did not have any cold water in the shower. When I asked for someone to look at it I tried to call reception and the phone did not work. I went to speak to someone and they thought it was odd that I wanted cold water in the shower. It was over 40 degrees outside. However, they sent someone who could not fix the shower or the phone. I finally got another room which did have running cold water. Breakfast is not available.

Economical option, but check the conditions before

The location for anyone who wants to stayinear the main attractions and economic food options is excellent. The rooms vary greatly. Especially if you buy a package, negociate before the room conditions. Mine, bought at decolar.com, had small window facing internal area and air conditioning too noisy. You really don´t need a breakfast package. In the same street, Los Anafres (Vicente Yañes Pinzon, 276) offers good food for good price. There is an Ips chaine store just on the side too, but is more expensive.
