Amazing

We stayed four nights here and it was incredible. The staff took care of us and there was nothing to be desired. The rooms were clean and there was hot water shower. The cook, Razak was just adorable. The banana pancakes for breakfast were the best I have ever tasted. And if you give notice in the morning you can also eat in the evening. Real recommended! We had a fish with vegetables and it was a delicious!

Disappointing stay at Pangkor Waterfall Resort.

Not safe at all. Family room is all sliding glass door. The key is simple and small. There is a wall but the entrance has no gate, so anyone can walk in. And this area is remote and surrounded by jungle. There is no security guard. Front office up to 7.00pm only. TV has ONE miserable channel only. No tea making facilities. Customer service is very poor. Asked for a rubbish bag but didn't give. Checked out time the manager, didn't say a word.

Wonderful quiet place

We loved everything about the resort. The huts were clean and lovely with little balconies. It was right on the edge of the jungle so the view was amazing. But you have to be aware of the monkeys. The bed was big and comfortable. The owners were super friendly and helpful with everything. Nipah Beach is not a nice and quiet place like we assumed but this resort definetly saved our trip. We slept better than in any other hotel on our 4 week trip through Malaysia.

Clean and quaint

Waterfall is a quaint little stay! Facilities are modest but clean and comfortable which are essential for me. The location is very good, only about 500m to the mean street for markets and food, then a further 200m to the Coral Beach. About 15min taxi ride from the Jetty. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly! I would gladly stay here again!

Fantastic place with fantastic people! Ask for the dinner - it was the best i ever had!

The houses have everything you need and are very clean!
The stuff is so friendly and so helpful I was really sad to leave this little paradise. A must try is the kitchen chefs dinner, which is prepared with only fresh ingredients and whatever you like to eat on this day. Just tell them in the morning and they will get everything (try the fish or the prawn curry!!)
Hope to see this lovely people and wonderful place ever again in my life!
