This was/is an elite hotel for many royal family and government/international activities with outstanding environment and restaurants.

Ideal peaceful getaway with gorgeous view of the bay and mountains. Courteous and most helpful staff. Always try to spend a few days here whenever we visit Japan.

Excellent services. Nice view from the room. Guest salon on the 2nd floor is a must to visit. Top-notch quality of restaurant. Frequent shuttle services from the nearest train station. One of the best hotels in Japan.

The room was old and small, but the service of staff was amazing enough to compensate all the shortcomings of the facility. I strongly recommend this place for any purpose of trip
