Basic budget hotel. Somewhat dated but very clean.
Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler.
The staff are very helpful.

This hotel is great even it is not located next to subway but there is a tram behind the hotel you can use the tram to the train station within 2 stop 150yen.

Correct

The receptionist was great, our room had a very nice view, it was small but it was what was needed for 2. The breakfast was not very good, and the room had a very strange smell...
I recommend for small budgets. It's the smell that doesn't make me more recommended

It feels a little far from the subway station, but the tram station is nearby, so it might be a good location for taking the train and taking pictures.
