Excellent location, amenities. Free to access 2/F at all times to chill, snack or even enjoy your takeaway meal from outside. Mattresses were excellent and everyone had a nice sleep.

Despite not able to get parking lot at e hotel, their staff showed us where we can park our car during our stay.
On days when we did not require cleaning, they will still give a bag of new towels & mineral water. They even gave a can of coke too. This is definitely a PLUS points as we need to request for water in some hotel when we did not require cleaning.
On their 2nd floor, they have common area for us to have our takeaway meals. They also have soft drinks, hot drinks, alcohol & ice-cream for you to help yourselves with, not forgetting noodles dinner service....
It would be good if e bath tub & shower area were separated. It will hinder my decision to stay there next time if I'm travelling with my parents.

The hotel is able to place our 3 rooms together. The room is not big but consider clean. The hot spring is outdoor, so need to wear swimsuits or t-shirts. Not exactly like onsen. Weather is cold, so we didn’t try. As we have a 3 yo, good that they have free washers to use & the dryer is cheap, only 100 yen for 15mins(I think). The breakfast spread is not extensive but still okay. The staffs are pretty friendly especially the one taking care of the carpark. They help to escort my brother to park the rental car in another paid carpark on the 1st night when booking is full. Overall experience is pretty pleasant. Thanks

The hotel offers things ways more than regular hotels at this rate do. Plenty of free stuffs like drinks including alcohol, daily activities, daily noodle at dinner, washing machines and etcetera if you ask for at the reception. However, the drinks do not include sugar-free options for like cola or coffee. The TV does not connect to the internet, so no streaming available. Besides, there are ways too many guests from a particular country making the place too hectic and noisy at times.

The location is very good. You might walk to the shopping street within 10 minutes. The buffet breakfast is delicious with many choices. There is free Ramen at 2030 to 2130 and free alcoholic drinkso till 2200. Free ice- cream is also available every day. This suits for family trip.
However, only two lifts are in use for the whole hotel guess and staff. You usually need to wait for more than 10 minutes during check-in and check-out period. The parking is not easy and quite expensive here (2000 yen for a night). The parking area is 立体式.
