Hotel is located near fushimi station. Guest will check in in Fuse Coffee. Hotel provides free ice- cream at 2100-2300, choco, green tea and vanilla. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Washroom is quite big which is very impressive.
You may enjoy breakfast in Fuse coffee. It scores 4.3 in Google which is relatively high around there.

Good hotel with a decent size room and surprise bath tub! Very clean however a little loud at night for a Japanese hotel. Overall it was good and I would stay again

Overall hotel is good but minus some points as the room is kind of dusty when I checked in (bathroom door is dusty and pillow has some dust on it). Location wise it's quite a quiet area but just a few streets away is the Sakemachi station area where tons of nightlife and entertainment can be found. Located between two metro stations, it is a convenient location for staying. Another con is there is only 1 elevator for the entire building so sometimes there is a wait.
