New and beautiful hotel

I stayed at the first day of the three-day holiday.
This is still a new beautiful hotel right next to Sawara Station.
The front desk staff wore traditional Japanese clothes (samue) style, perhaps tailored to Sawara town, and there were many overseas customers, so I thought they would be pleased.
The room was the largest I have ever stayed at the Root Inn, with a small sofa and a large table, making it easy to use.
The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the flat design with no steps from the unit bath made it stress-free.
It was convenient to check the crowdedness of the public bath on TV.
The public baths don't seem to be very large for women either, but this one was spacious both in the washroom and the bathtub.
Dinner is also available at the hotel restaurant from 6pm. (They say it is closed on Sundays.)
I had sniboshi ramen for dinner, which was refreshing and delicious.
Breakfast was buffet and Japanese and Western food was served.
As other people said, the front desk staff, restaurant staff and everyone was very gracious.

The hotel was excellent value, less than a minute walk from the station with a public bath and buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful with quick and easy check in. There is a 7-11 just a couple of minutes away, so even if you get to the hotel late, you can grab a cheap meal and snacks.
The only problem I had was breakfast on the first day. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:35am and there was almost no food left. There were others that arrived after me and we did not have enough to eat. The next day, I got to the restaurant before 7:30am and there was plenty of food, so please get in early to make the most of the breakfast.

Right next to Sawara Station

The building is built differently from other Route Inns.
It's a four-story building with all white walls, and unlike other Route Inns, it's difficult to find from a distance.
Perhaps it was designed to match the townscape of Sawara?
It's next to the railroad tracks, and you can hear the trains passing by.
The room feels larger than other Route Inns I've stayed in before.
There's a sofa, a table (a reasonably large one), a luggage rack, and an air purifier.
Bath: Men's entrance, no lock. Women's requires a password.
There are 13 washing areas in the men's bath, and 18 baskets instead of lockers in the changing room.
I wonder if the bath can fit five people.
When I asked my wife, she said the women's bath is also larger than other Route Inns, and is about the same size as the men's.
There is coffee on the sofa on the first floor. (Apparently there are set times for it to be used)
