2) Hotel location is not too good, no restaurants or shops nearby, however, you can walk about 20 minutes to get to Lalaport shopping centre or you can take local bus as well.
3) To go to Kashiwa city centre you need to take bus route #1 and cost ¥300 each way.
4) Breakfast was okay, not too much choice to choose from.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel with reasonable prices.

Be mindful that there is another Garden Hotel near by.
There is no free car park at the hotell but you can pay 1000 yen to park your car nearby. When we arrived it was very late and the surrounding was very dark. The staff was very nice. He personally took us to the car park.
There is a very big shopping centre near the area where you are go shopping and there are a lot of restaurants as well.
We spent a very lovely time at the hotel!

Chose this because it seems nearer to Narita but it is not, it took me the same time to drive to Yokohama from airport (approx 1 hour), but Yokohama is much closer to Tokyo in terms of rail (35mins vs 1 hour+25mins walk), and it took me 2 more hours drive to reach Chiba when I return from Shizuoka.
