Wow!!

As usual in my work trips I find myself in places where I don't know and thanks to my colleagues and friends I am interested in these structures which in some cases are truly unknown but always of excellent quality. I came to this farmhouse in July just by chance. Booked nice room very welcoming food home cooking I had a very good time and I would like to publicly compliment this facility I had a good time in total quiet silence I was also able to work from the room

Agriturismo Cerquaglia - Where the rural dream comes true (maybe too much!)

If you are looking for a truly authentic experience, Agriturismo Cerquaglia is the place for you. Here the “agri” is so intense that the “tourism” gets lost a bit on the way. But fear not: the rustic and surreal charm of the place will give you emotions that you will not find in any brochure.
The Check-in:
Getting here is like participating in a comedy of the absurd: no reception, but a mix between a theatrical show and a candid camera. You expect someone with a camera to show up any minute and scream: “Just kidding!” No, it's all true. The instructions are vague, the directions creative, and the hospitality is so informal that it seems to be welcomed by a distant relative who does not remember who you are.
The Furniture:
Entering the rooms is like taking a trip through time, precisely in the country house of grandparents. Furniture that tells stories, but not necessarily stories you wanted to hear. The nostalgic charm of the 60s-70s is guaranteed, with a touch of “do it yourself” that exudes love and a hint of neglect. Bonus: No need for Wi-Fi, because the vintage curtains are so intense that they even block the phone signal.
The outdoor bathroom:
Ah, nature! Where else can you find such a picturesque outdoor bathroom? Each visit becomes a unique sensory experience, where birdsong mixes with the adrenaline of hoping that no one passes by. A real gem for camping lovers who do not want to give up a room with walls (at least in theory).
Conclusion:
Agriturismo Cerquaglia is not a simple stay, it is an adventure. If you love the unexpected, the authenticity a bit too genuine, and the memories of an era you may not have experienced, this is the right place for you. Recommended for lovers of the “extreme rural” genre and for those looking for a fun story to tell to friends on their return.

TO BE CLOSED, GO WITH NAS AND ASL, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOW COST

Bad experience.
Rude owner. We arrived with two small dogs and were told that "It was not a kennel" and that with the dogs we would have to pay the supplement.
We pointed out that Booking gave the farm as pet friendly but did not want to hear about it.
I asked the Host for a refund of the amount paid since he did not accept dogs. I was told to request a refund from the site.
I opened a dispute with the customer service booking who, after hearing the Host by phone, immediately established the total refund of the price in 7/12 days because the host did not want dogs despite there was the flag "pets allowed" in the farm.
NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS OR CHILDREN IN TOW.

Horror farm

The structure is entirely (badly) managed by an arrogant, rude, presumptuous, inhospitable and verbally aggressive person of about 84 years old in imposing his own reasons. As soon as he arrived he demanded advance payment and didn't even want to give a receipt. The rooms are dirty, in very poor hygienic conditions, with hideous, dusty and dirty furniture; the fabrics that cover the chairs are dirty and greasy, perhaps never washed. The bathrooms are tiny, dingy and not very clean, some don't even have a bidet. The toilet paper rolls were already half used! In my room there were numerous bedbugs hanging undisturbed on the curtains, cobwebs everywhere and insects of various types. When I pointed this out to the owner, he replied that if they really bothered me I would have had to push them out of the window myself and that it was normal in the countryside (even cobwebs everywhere?). The bed was very uncomfortable, it looked like wooden planks lined up instead of the "mattress". The room next door was occupied by 2 people who I learned rented on a monthly basis and who made a lot of noise until late in the evening cooking noisily in the kitchen, with the fumes dispersing up to my room, very annoying. Had an argument with the owner who also expressed racism and preconceived statements towards people from the south. It takes courage! After a horrid and almost sleepless night, I left as early as possible in the morning.

Simple

Structure a few minutes drive from Todi, in the quiet countryside. Small, fresh room with few comforts, the bed is comfortable, small bathroom (shower with curtain over the toilet) and simple breakfast (milk, coffee, packaged biscuits).
