Wonderful place

A paradise! Wonderful place surrounded by ancient olive trees. Extremely relaxing and welcoming. The staff is very kind and always available. It was our first experience in Gargano and it was very positive. From Rhodes you can move to all other destinations in the Gargano... And then come back to relax in the beautiful pool, enjoy dinner and enjoy the cool evening in the hotel park, perhaps with a cocktail at the bar among the olive trees.

The potential is there but not enough

Structure kept well in the outside, rooms a bit 'old but spacious, large pool. Normal food but nothing exceptional. Lack of flexibility to facilitate the meal of the little ones, even having penne or spaghetti in white could be a challenge because if the pasta of the day were orecchiette children had to eat orecchiette; is it possible that a kitchen can be devoid of penne or spaghetti??? The beach was not of the structure and in the affiliated establishment we had the last 2 rows of umbrellas available. The most negative thing about the structure was certainly the shuttle, a Ford Transit that fell apart driven by the driver Carmine, a rude, arrogant and grumpy character; the shuttle did not pass every 10 minutes as we had been told but tends to 2-3 times an hour and in 4 timeslots. The driver to avoid making too many laps even if the shuttle could only carry 8 passengers, waited until filling it indecently as well as illegally (once we got to 17 passengers + 2 dogs). Honestly I struggle to say that I would return to this property and I must say that it is a shame because it could be really top but some things should be reviewed.

Relaxing holiday

I have just returned from a stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in a great location, surrounded by greenery with ancient olive trees and a fantastic swimming pool with a bar. The accommodation is nice and surrounded by greenery. The food is good and the service in the lounge and reception is great with friendly and helpful staff. The only negative note is the shuttle service with Carmine the rude and arrogant driver who leaves no freedom of schedules, imposes them and if you delay a minute attacks you in a bad way. ( In my case he insulted me because we arrived at 12.44 pm. Agreed time 12.45!!!! A fool! ) All the guests complain about him.
Recommendation change driver.

Bad memory

A real catch, nothing like in the photos, the dirty pool, in fact we are full of bubbles, it was a nightmare, dirty rooms, small with uncomfortable beds, high prices for what they offer, ignorant staff, bad breakfast and povera.sono thieves, be careful, never again, then in that area there is little to see

We stayed with another family with children in this beautiful property. Too bad about the overcrowded shuttle: 16 people in a

nice structure with swimming pool and very green, large rooms; but the overcrowded shuttle and its rude driver really bad unfortunately. Also some small tweaks to the food for more attention to the little ones I would predict. But absolutely enjoyable overall
