The staff was excellent! The restaurant was very nice with good food. One gentleman spoke English extremely well and took great care of us.

The room was in the basement , with absolutely zero view with a dirty little area not taken care of. There was nowhere to put a suitcase or more than one. There was something in the building that gave me an instant allergy attack….
Not super friendly when we told them we would not be staying. Super disappointed because it was near the top of the mountain and had an amazing view.

The room was dirty, with remnants from the previous guests. We had intended to use the pool, but refrained from doing so as it appeared filthy and was situated directly below the restaurant. Consequently, we opted for an early night, only to discover that the toilet was not functioning. We reported this issue, and although it was inspected, it was not fixed. This was a disappointing experience. Despite this, we were charged the full price.
Furthermore, the area surrounding the hotel is poorly maintained, which significantly limits the view from the restaurant.

We cooled off in the pool, had great food, nice drinks and tasted the best apples! The view was stunning! Such a lovely and charming host!

A good choice, the hotel was well located with plenty of parking and a very warm welcome
There were a lot of people looking after us from checking in, to eating in the restaurant through to breakfast. There was a bit of noise from guests late at night which echoed up the stairs but it didn't detract too much from a great stay during our tour
