Excellent value for money

great structure and full of services, friendly and helpful staff.
Ideal place for a seaside getaway with excellent value for money, very close to the convenient metro and line 11 that connects Rimini to riccione.
Hearty and tasty breakfast, a must if you are looking for a hotel strategically located between Rimini and Riccione.

A decidedly gifted star!!!

A 3 star hotel not at all up to expectations.... small room (the 2 bunk beds in addition to the double bed prevent any easy movement), poor cleaning, accessories available really scanty (tiny soap for the shower) and common areas "old", no convenient parking and TV not working. For an absolutely unacceptable price for the service offered. I could add more to the list but I stop here

for a few nights perfectly sufficient

small simple hotel with good breakfast
good location the beach is not far away restaurants etc all nearby
Unfortunately I had to do some repairs in the shower but otherwise I was quite satisfied, a small table on the balcony would have been helpful too

Very good

We stayed for just one night with my family and I must say that we had a great time, the sea view was very pleasant, the rooms were clean, even if they needed a little redecorating especially the bathroom where the light didn't work, however, we had a very good time , very kind staff, and very friendly and courteous owner, excellent buffet breakfast with sea view. I recommend this hotel, and it is also a few steps from the very clean beach!

Should be better

If you like a short trip somewhere to sleep close to the beach this one is one of the best.
The bathroom was not the cleanest, and the rooms are small.
Not very hygienic.
I come just the small trip so it was fine but for longer stay for 2, I wouldn't stay. The breakfast is fine, but everyone should choose their table not where our room number is. We would like to sit next to the window and the lady said we can't sit there, but it was just us in the dining area.
