Excellent experience

Large rooms, great facilities, friendliness of the owners available for every need, location in the city center, excellent cuisine. More than entering a hotel you have the feeling of entering the home of the owners for the empathic and family welcome. Charming hotel is a set of antique pieces, family memories, technological innovations (especially for services). Everything in the right place with an attention to detail that you discover at every corner. It also deserves the terrace on the roofs of the old town furnished to allow guests to enjoy moments of true relaxation.

Excellent wonderful

Excellent hotel right from the phone, polite and very helpful staff, I have my partner on oxygen, I asked them if they had a car park nearby, they immediately moved my car, very kind, very helpful, well-furnished and very clean hotel, large, clean rooms, comfortable bathroom, clean, comfortable bed and well done, an excellent hotel, I don't understand why they still have three stars, they should give them another one since many don't have undeserved stars, I'll gladly return, quiet, romantic, quiet, thanks that there are still people, things, very good price, beautiful, beautiful.

Welcome stop on a long walk

A very stylish hotel. Spacious rooms. Very attentive staff. Restaurant food celebrated local produce in a clear and straight-forward way. Dietary complexities were handled with care and without diminishing the meals. Good coffee at breakfast!

Don’t stay here

This was a very disappointing hotel. It is dark inside with no views.
The food in the restaurant is extremely poor quality, especially when there are so many restaurants serving excellent Italian food in Rieti.
The couple running the hotel do not make any effort to welcome guests. The first coffee at breakfast is offered but not delivered to the table. The older man making coffee refuses to bring coffee to the table and calls out to guests sitting at tables to come and collect their coffee from the bar.
When we wanted to use the air conditioner in the bedroom one evening when it was hot and stuffy the staff refused to provide us with a controller and told us we couldn’t use air conditioning.
The free wifi is a poor service that drops in and out every few minutes. This is very frustrating.
