TAKE THE MONEY AND THEN BYE

WE WERE GUESTS AT THIS BED AND BREAKFAST WHICH IS LOCATED IN AN EXCELLENT POSITION IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA IN PALERMO. QUIET AREA WELL SUPPLIED WITH SHOPS, BARS AND CLUBS.
THE PHOTOS REFERRING TO THIS STRUCTURE ARE MISLEADING, THEY ARE NOT THE REAL SITUATION AS OF TODAY APRIL 2024.
WE LIVED MOSTLY OUTSIDE THE STRUCTURE BECAUSE THE SERVICE OFFERED WAS ONLY ACCOMMODATION, KITCHEN LOCKED, NO BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM. MINI FRIDGE PRESENT BUT EMPTY, NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER.
NO CLEANING WAS DONE ON ANY OF THE DAYS THAT WE WERE GUESTS FROM FRIDAY TO MONDAY INCLUDING, OR 4 DAYS WITHOUT EVEN EMPTYING THE TRASH.
THE ROOM LARGE COMFORTABLE DOUBLE BED, SUN SOFA BED.
BATHROOM WITH VERY RUINED SHOWER AND ABSENCE OF SINGLE-DOSE BATH PRODUCTS, BUT PRODUCTS ALREADY USED BY THIRD PEOPLE (SCRUBS AND SHAMPOO AND THAT'S IT). IS THE ENVIRONMENT THANKS ???!!!

WE PAID 240 EUROS FOR 2 ADULTS AND A GIRL FOR 3 NIGHTS STAY ONLY.

Don't even book

Booked a room with the direct property number found on their website. I arrive with taxi and suitcases at the address and ring the bell, no one answers. I called the number several times, no answer. I stay under the door for an hour, then, tired after a plane trip, I walk on foot in search of a hotel. After an hour and forty minutes the owner called me back apparently without having even the slightest idea that there was a check-in at that time. Indeed, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she caused me, she justified herself by saying "excuse me, ma'am, what if I had had an unexpected event?". These are people who don't know how to work and who have no idea how to do hospitality. Don't go if you don't want to be left on the doorstep.

Pessima struttura

Ingannevoli le foto della struttura pubblicate su Booking, dalla facciata alle stanze. Le camere presentano segni inconfondibili di muffa sulle pareti perimetrali, nascosti da una sapiente disposizione dei divani. I balconi sono sporchi e deperiti.
