The property is located right in the center of Nizza Monferrato, close to everything, but at the same time it is extremely quiet, spacious, clean and has a very pleasant entire courtyard. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Like at home

I was at Palazzo Centro for work and I must say that the apartments are very beautiful, warm and well structured, Mr Giolito is very thoughtful and nice! I highly recommend staying overnight at his facility
After the third time I return to this establishment it's a bit like I feel at home

In the heart of Monferrato, a jewel of beauty, courtesy and professionalism

We stayed two nights in this beautiful place. In the center of Nice, with a comfortable and, if desired, covered internal park. We were welcomed by Luigi, a wonderful host who immediately puts you at ease and explains the characteristics of the Palace and the room. Very clean room equipped with kitchen, coffee machine and pods available. Very large room heated independently perfectly. The vaulted ceilings and refined furnishings create a truly satisfying atmosphere. To this must be added the very welcome complimentary breakfast in the front bar. Luigi enchanted us with his dialectic and gave us excellent advice on what to visit and above all where to go to eat. Overall, a highly recommended place. THANK YOU AND CONGRATULATIONS

The accommodation was basic but had what we needed for our stay. The Manager was very communicative and friendly. Breadfast vouchers for local cafes.

Very Very good property

It was the hardest place to find due to street work and a lot of one ways, but it was worth it. Once we park and walk about 100 yards to it, the owner explain to us how to get the car in the gated parking on premise. This is a beautifully renovated building. Our suites were very large with a big terrace. Stove, refrigerator, china, Nespresso machine with coffee etc... Really nice setup. The property is gated and very safe. The owner lives there and is the nicest guy. While in the region I would definitely stay there again. 81.60 Euros for 2 days. The best deal ever. The town is charming as well. Huge sweet market on Thursdays mornings.
