Care and beauty

The apartment we stayed in is located opposite a church. Everything is very well cared for and evocative. There is a comfortable lift and there is lots of greenery. The name of the accommodation borrows ecclesiastical language: deacon, archpriest... Our three-room apartment on the second floor was very nice, well organized and the central location underlined its value. However, we want to note some elements, correct which you can reach the top. In the bathroom for example: an anti-slip would be needed in the shower because the balance is precarious as the bottom is smooth. Furthermore, a support surface would be really useful because there is no space to put the necessary things. Another note, which however does not depend on the property, is given by the large number of birds that roam around the Rectory. There are several bollards but it still remains a noisy and annoying presence.

WE LEAVE WITH THE DESIRE TO RETURN

Excellent location in the center of Nizza Monferrato, in the pedestrian area. Clean structure managed in a modern way with virtual but detailed check-in and in any case staff and owners easily available in case of need. Clean room, equipped with every comfort and well soundproofed. Open space studio apartment tastefully furnished with restored modles and modern objects, offers the possibility of managing breakfast independently or choosing to have it in the bar opposite. It also offers the possibility of tasting local wines and foods upon reservation and is a perfect starting point for visiting Monferrato and its various tourist attractions. We leave with the desire to return

Beautiful location, clean, with attention to the smallest details both in the exterior and interior, with designer furnishings and solutions that make you feel at home and envelop you in the welcome of the owners and of the town in whose center the resort is nestled. Quiet and equipped with an excellent mattress, pillows of all types and sizes to satisfy even the most demanding and guarantee quality rest. Welcome kit that satisfies the desire for sweet or savory delicacies. Breakfast in a nearby bar offering a wide choice and quiet tasting.

Un esperienza veramente emozionante

Molto carina, curata, ampia e pulita la Junior Suite che abbiamo utilizzato. Location situata nel pieno centro storico della città, molto silenziosa. L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort compreso un vero frigorifero (contenente le bottigliette di acqua minerale) con freezer (con cubetti di ghiaccio), cucina con piastra ad induzione completa degli elettrodomestici (macchina caffè, tostapane, microonde).
Molto comodo il parcheggio (gratuito) situato a solo 50 mt dal Resort
Sicuramente da consigliare e da ritornarci!
