A niche accommodation in Salento that deserves a Michelin star!!!
The building is stupendous and cared for down to the smallest detail, it feels like being at home due to the discretion, silence and scent that exist within its walls. Enrico and Annamaria are people of a refinement and availability that are increasingly difficult to find today; Annamaria, a chef of the highest level, prepares breakfasts (savoury and sweet and different every day) that make you feel all the flavors of Salento and make you feel the pampering of a starred restaurant every morning to leave with a smile. Enrico is available, attentive and a perfectionist, always ready to fulfill any request and recommend places, restaurants, beaches... everything. We also tried to eat with them one evening and it was a relaxing and high-level culinary experience. I feel like recommending it to anyone who wants to have a top-level stay... words still don't convey the experience enough, I would go back tomorrow.

Amazing place to stay in Puglia
We loved our stay in Palazzo Muro Leccese. Every detail was perfect, the decoration of the whole palace, the room, the shared spaces… everything was perfect.
The room was large, tastefully decorated, incredibly clean, great bed linen and had all the amenities needed.
The breakfast was out of this world, everything was home made (foccaccia bread, cakes, marmalade,…) with love and products sourced locally. They really make you feel at home.
Enrico gave us really good tips of things to do around the area. We stayed three days and were sad to leave when we had to.
We would really recommend this to anyone visiting the south of Puglia. It is also well located to visit the east, west and south coast. Hopefully we will come back one day!
