Lovely stay in a quiet location not too far from Florence.

We arrived at this hotel and we could not believe our eyes!
The building is an old convent/monastery and the rooms have all been modernised with very colourful furniture and decorated in a very unique way! The room and bathroom were quite large and they were very clean and well maintained.
There is a nearby terrace on the first floor next to the rooms where you can see Florence in the distance and also the gardens, patio and olive garden that surround the hotel.
The breakfast had some hot dishes and also cakes, cereals, hot drinks, croissants and so on.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
There is a free big parking space.
I would definitely reccomend this hotel as it’s
in a lovely quiet area, but also not far from the village and Florence.

Good value for money

The structure is very nice even if it needs maintenance and greater attention to the general cleanliness of the rooms. We found the room that was allocated to us sufficiently cozy even though the air conditioning system is quite noisy. Average proposals for breakfast with good products. Good value for money. Friendly, helpful and professional service staff. All in all we recommend it.

Villa to be restored!!!!!

The location of the property is great for those coming off the highway, the view and the view from the Villa spectacular but in addition to this for which I gave the two stars everything else is to be reviewed. Room number 9 where we stayed had a leak from the corner roof and along the wall, dirty bathroom, crusty cup and sink drain clogged with very but very dated dirt, any person washing a sink would have noticed this, so I assume that the sink was not cleaned either. Shower drain equal. Only the sheets and towels were clean... thank goodness! As for the restaurant of the structure is to be avoided, we had half Pension menu but the quality of the food was mediocre as the waitress who just saw our little dog had a panic attack and told us his phobia for dogs (in a restaurant that accepts dogs his presence was completely inappropriate). We also took a pitcher of beer as an extra and at the end of the dinner the same waitress asked us for immediate payment (10€) saying that their management was separate from the structure. We weren't even given a receipt. So to conclude, the structure has great potential but should be closed to the public and completely revised.

Tremendous

The villa is in a beautiful location and extremely is really beautiful apparently luxurious. Unfortunately, the beauty ends there. Inside it's all dated and worn out. The rooms are neglected and that minimal decor is decidedly tacky. Mediocre restaurant and breakfast service. Poor service and hospitality.

It was OK.

Reasonable pricing for the room. Great location, nice room. Bathroom was modern, but toilet could have been cleaner.
Good Wifi. Rooms are on the 1st floor and fyi there are no elevators. Nice old building. There is a pool. Great views. Nice dinner menu, but service was a bit slow, and it was a bit expensive.
Car parking available. And you will need a car to get to the location.
Nice breakfast, including hot food , scrambled eggs, bacon. Though coffee was from an automatic machine which was a bit disappointing.
English was not an issue. Major CC accepted.
As I be said, it was OK.
