Perfect Hotel with Fantastic location

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—everything was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms were stunning, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering both comfort and luxury. The breakfast was a true highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste—definitely the best start to the day!
The staff were exceptional, always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Special shoutout to Adamo, the bartender, who made some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had! The bar had a fantastic atmosphere and was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings.
This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations, and I can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL STAY

It is an exceptional hotel in an idyllic location. Every staff member encountered was helpful, positive, and polite. The room was spacious and immaculate with a very comfortable bed. Great closet! Beautiful architecture throughout. A wonderful stay.

Not a 5 star hotel

Not a 5 star hotel. Location was great. Front desk staff were appalling. Every time I called down, I was told contradictory information about something as simple as water. Did not deal with noise complaints. Rooms are not soundproof as claimed. Bring your own teabags and milk as these weren't replenished during my stay.

Excellent hotel, would definitely return

I usually don't leave a detailed hotel review unless a property is particularly excellent and Il Tornabuoni was definitely in that category. Great location on a fashionable street across from the palazzo housing the Museo Ferragamo that is an easy walk to all the best sights and shopping in the old town of Florence. Staff was very friendly and helpful across the board, but I must note the servers in the bar were particularly great and the food and drink offering was of very high quality. Room was decorated in a modern yet Italian fashion and well appointed with nice toiletries, a coffee maker, complimentary water, etc. My only regret was that I never got to use the rooftop terrace as it is closed during the colder months but I would definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Florence, so next time then.
