QUALIFIED AND KIND STAFF

I have not yet stayed , but since the first telephone contact with the guys at the Reception , especially Richard and Alex I noticed a helpfulness and friendliness in managing and resolving any difficulties . We look forward to meeting you personally. Best wishes from Salento

URGENT CHANGE “COOK”

After an 8 hour trip tired and fasting, I needed to refresh myself and decided to stay for one night!?!?!
Nothing to say about the hotel which is very nice and the cleanliness of the rooms is exemplary!
For dinner I ordered a “carbonara”... which was a spaghetti omelette;
a dry, dry burger with a mixed salad of only wilted lettuce.
If it happens again I will definitely avoid dining on site.
I highly recommend a change of cook!!!

Tuttavia, siamo rimasti sorpresi dal suo commento sul ristorante, perché dopo aver effettuato tutte le verifiche del caso, non risulta alcuna sua prenotazione nei nostri sistemi. Abbiamo controllato attentamente, ma non troviamo traccia del suo soggiorno, quindi non vorremmo che ci fosse stato un errore e che la recensione fosse destinata a un’altra struttura.
Se, invece, ha effettivamente soggiornato da noi, ci dispiace sinceramente per la sua esperienza al ristorante. Il nostro servizio ristorativo è generalmente molto apprezzato dagli ospiti, e la sua segnalazione ci sembra insolita. Naturalmente, ci scusiamo se qualcosa non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. Se ci contatterà direttamente, saremo felici di approfondire la questione e capire meglio cosa sia accaduto, anche perché senza conoscere il giorno esatto della sua permanenza facciamo fatica a ricostruire l’accaduto.
Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro per offrirle un’esperienza ancora più positiva.

I loved the layout of the room, parking is plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and there were restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast had variety but could use more fresh fruit, berries, nuts. We also had a hard time finding the road for the hotel and if you miss the exit in the freeway it takes 28 min to get back! But that could’ve just been us. Overall I would recommend!

Excellent hotel in a quiet area

I had never previously stayed at this hotel which was a nice, positive surprise for me. Being in that area for work, I can say that the place where it is located is quiet and pleasant. It has a large and convenient free parking. The reception of the staff is kind, cheerful and professional at the same time. Fast Check-in and the same I can say for Check-out. The room and the whole structure are cozy and modern, with a beautiful view of the countryside. Breakfast varied and very good. Although an automatic coffee machine is available, yes my request was prepared for me at the bar. Even these small things make it clear the level of reception. Wi-Fi is also fast and free.

A heavenly stopover

We stayed for one night in this beautiful Hotel for a stop during a trip. The Hampton by Hilton Hotel was really a great discovery, just outside the Fiano Romano tollbooth very convenient for those who need to stop during the trip. The hotel is really welcoming and elegant, friendly staff and always available for every need.
Beautiful and spacious rooms with every service: Giant TV, mini bar, kettle for coffee, tea and herbal teas, iron, hair phone, dispenser with soaps and creams.
Hearty breakfast buffet for all tastes sweet-salty, cold-hot.
A la carte restaurant in the hotel.
Present private parking very nice and spacious and columns for charging electric cars.
Consigliatissimo!
