Great experience. Minus the in-house restaurant.
Things we liked:
The apartment. It was perfectly suited to our needs, modern, clean, equipped with EVERYTHING, from plenty of linen, safe, TV, kitchen utensils, etc etc.
Garage. Covered parking very convenient and sheltered from the weather.
- Swimming pools and SPA. Not very big but really to use. Clean and tidy. The same for sunbeds and common areas.
Personal. Very kind and trying to help with any request or information needed.
Things we didn't like:
- The bathroom window equipped with a light curtain. With the interior light you could see "everything." a little embarrassed.
- The restaurant: we stopped only the first evening, menu at 26 € adult and 18 € child, with the choice of 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 main courses and side dishes and 2 desserts. Despite appearing complete in itself in reality the portions did not satisfy us (speck appetizer with herbal cream were 2 slices of speck with a sort of herbal cheese spread that I swear tasted the same as what I occasionally buy at the discount store... but I can not say yes to it. "Pasta all'amatriciana with drops of burrata" was a bad recipe where I don't think there was really cheek, and "the drops" were only 1 in the center of the dish. Eating out, at the same price the quantity and choice was much more.
All in all, except for the points we did not appreciate, we hope to return.

la ringraziamo per la sua valutazione, ma mi sento in dovere di correggerla, il menù da lei citato ha scelta di 2 antipasti 3 primi 3 secondi con contorno, 3 dessert ed un buffet di verdure. Le porzioni non le carichiamo in quanto dover mangiare tutta questa roba, almeno che non si chiami shrek è al quanto impegnativo, ora: ci dispiace se non le è sembrato abbastanza ma normalmente non abbiamo mai avuto lamentele, se aveva necessità di doppie porzioni non bastava che chiedere sicuramente l'avremmo accontentata. Per la tenda ci dispiace, ma anche qui se l'avesse segnalato.....

OKish for a weekend
Very cold service, with a peak of dislike in the Lady of the Spa.
Basic but OK spa.
Sufficient breakfast.
Great location and fantastic parking.
We were also locked in the ascnesore. They freed us in a few minutes, but even there very cold: we asked for help and they did not even answer to reassure us, even if they could hear us.

la ringraziamo per la sua opinione, perché di questo si tratta. Mi voglia perdonare, ha ragione 100 euro al giorno forse sembrano tante, ma avrei specificato diviso 2, quindi sono 50 euro al giorno, ad agosto una camera comfort, colazione inclusa. (mi perdoni la precisazione ma bisognerebbe recensire le cose giuste non a sentimento)
Il personale è sempre molto carino e gentile, basta vedere le altre recensioni, purtroppo a volte possono non piacerci alcune negazioni che ci vengono date, ma anche qui opinione personale, parla di ambiente freddo a prescindere senza mai essersi soffermato a scambiare due parole con nessuno dello staff limitandosi ad un cenno di testa ogni volta che passava d'avanti alla reception.
LA Colazione sufficiente, anche qui riceviamo sempre un sacco di complimenti, probabilmente lei sarà abituato a dei livelli 5 stelle S.
A prescindere la ringraziamo per averci fatto visita e siamo spiacenti che non abbia trovato di suo gradimento la nostra struttura.
