Catania trip

If you are going to Catania with a group of friends this is your hotel, it is true that it is far from the center but worth it.
Our stay of 5 days has been very good.
Especially safe and sofia mention, the receptionists, who have been a pleasant surprise.
Attentive, nice, helpful...in short, a 10!
If we ever return to Catania this is our hotel, without a doubt!

Staff ok, poor cleaning, easily accessible only by car. Not from 4 stars.

Friendly and helpful staff, however the level of cleanliness or maintenance of the room is not of the level you would expect from a 4 star. Badly washed towels, damaged bed and broken power outlets. The location of the hotel is bad if you reach it from the subway (both from San Nullo and Cibali): you often find yourself walking on the edge of busy streets without sidewalk and poorly lit. This is obviously not due to the hotel but rather to the poor organization of the mobility of the city of Catania, however it would still be good practice to point this out. There is an internal parking with gate.

Ugly.

Terrible, tiny room with dirty terrace and horrible views of old buildings. The baddest location yet and parking 10€ a day, is no longer free. Very ugly hotel and regular/bad cleaning. The toilet without lid, the shower with curtain. Better pay a little more and take another one because this one doesn't see the 4 stars anywhere

Absolutely to improve, and so much...

We assume that I did not book this hotel. Run by teenagers, cute and polite, but teenager, structure absolutely out of the way. My room had little windows overlooking an inner courtyard, basically inside someone else's house. Blind bath without fan, water pressure suddenly disappeared, bath products not from 4 stars. Cleanliness to review absolutely. Poor breakfast, there was a moldy cake... in short, there is a lot to review, to be good

Poorly maintained structure

This structure in a residential neighborhood not far from the center is poorly cared for in various services, one of which is finding an open bottle of water in the fridge, but also the poor breakfast, with little Sicilian character. The imprecise reception cannot indicate places to eat nearby. It's unfortunate because the courtesy of the staff is present, and they are young guys, and it is the basis for improvement.
