Their restaurant La Scala was excellent!! I told them they deserve at least one or two Michelin stars. it is a great value incredible service and excellent food. Overall, this hotel worked great together as a team and you could tell how people are that work here. They were very helpful in booking excursions. Their restaurant buffet is excellent and the service is very good.!
I was very happy to stay here for five days and now I’m at the Palazzo Tirso Which is €500 a night versus €100 a night for hotel Sardinia. A great value! I would recommend this to anyone that wants to come to Cagliari…. Kevin W

disgusting unacceptable conditions
There were dirty hairs in the bidet upon arrival before we used the bathroom that did not belong to us - and shows it was not properly cleaned prior.
In addition, the linens were stained - 2 pillowcases are dirty with stains. And the sheet also has a stain. It was disgusting.
When I messaged the night staff to report this, they tried to gaslight and blame me by saying I should have contacted them earlier to switch rooms. I told them we were very tired and discovered all this at 10:30pm - and had a very early flight to catch the next day and we were too exhausted to go through the process of switching rooms - just needed to get to sleep as it was extremely late already.
Regardless, that degree of dirtiness was really appalling and unacceptable. The condition of the room should not be like that for anyone.
They kept insisting that the solution was to switch rooms and I kept saying that wasn’t the point - and that also was not an option for us as it was already very late and would have added too much time and hassle to our already late night when we were already not going to get enough sleep.
The reality and fact is that this room was not up to standard and that is the fault of the hotel and I expected them to take responsibility for that and they didn’t. The cleanliness and condition was absolutely not acceptable.
The solution I requested was for a refund for this stay but they refused. I waited patiently for several weeks for the manager to get back to me and in the end they were unwilling to accommodate this. What an extremely poor experience and ultimately poor customer service with little effort to try to make things right.

we expected a negative review from you, especially after your attempt at blackmail.
You reported that the room was dirty and that the room cleaning should have been more accurate, and this may also be true, but no one tried to gaslight and blame you.
The person writing this response is the Night shift Receptionist, who read your messages on the booking extranet (which we received via email) after 11 pm in which you complained. In my responses to your (your first message was at 22:24), I asked you why you had not directly called the Reception, in order to resolve the problem immediately, and I also informed you that I would arrive on the floor to give you the keys to a room adjacent to yours, on the other hand you responded immediately to my requests, reiterating that it was too late, but evidently awake and reactive after 11pm, and I repeated to you my questions at the checking out, around 6am.
If there's a problem in a room, it must be vacated immediately, in order to solve the problem and allow the Guest a good rest, but the choice to stay there was yours, we found a solution immediately, but evidently you only wanted a refund.
The next time you stay in an Hotel, and you are not satisfied, communicate your dissatisfaction immediately.

Good hotel
Hotel is away from the historic center, but quiet for those who are by car.
There is free parking in the hotel.
Breakfast reasonable, with variety. Good cost benefit.
We only stayed 1 night.
I recommend.
