beautiful place full of apartments in old country houses, around vines as far as the eye can see.
well maintained garden, and clean room, tidy and equipped in every detail, even the fireplace for winter...
excellent reception and there is the possibility of a dinner under the pergola.
very large pool always clean and with lots of lawn where you can sunbathe and shade.

Lovers of discomfort, hurry up!

Classic example of a structure which in theory would have everything for good hospitality in terms of location and structure (don't let the photos deceive) but which in the hands of unprofessional people fails to achieve sufficiency in any area.
We start with an annoyed (?!?) welcome upon arrival, apparently quite standard reading the comments above, without greeting or presentation of the structure... and then, once the keys have been handed over, disappear without any information. The same treatment of impatient annoyance and sloppiness is unfortunately reserved for the structure, the common greenery, the swimming pool and the homes where there is a lack of crockery and general maintenance is absent.
What can I say... to be recommended only to masochists and lovers of sloppiness in general. The manager does not seem very interested in giving prestige and decorum to the structure, rather he seems interested in doing business with "hit and run" foreign tourists. There is also a certain inexplicable pleasure in mistreating guests or simply not giving them support during their stay in the facility. I don't know!

Run away and book something infinitely better. Pay the extra and never look back to this dung heap of crap!!!

If you book a double or twin room, believe me when i say that you DO NOT get a refrigerator, Tea&Coffee facilities or a washing machine. These are all part of an apartment. The man pulls out the language card and pretends to have only a few marbles rolling about up top. We got an apartment on the last night as a “gift” even though he said we got what we booked. The first 2 nights, we got a double bed wedged into a smelly/ dirty room with no hot water for showers. Nowhere to keep our cold food and nowhere to make tea or coffee. From now on, when we come back, we will be booking for & paying for 5 star. Run away from rustic.

There was a musty smell in the building. There was no breakfast although it is supposed to be included. The hot water was turned off so you could only take a cold shower and wash yourself. Also, there was almost no contact person available. Once and never again!
