Acceptable
The rate per night is cheap. No frills hotel-vibe. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Nagoya Food court is a stone's throw from the hotel. In fact, the hotel has a food court within its building.
The room is decent in size. It is not as clean as it can be as there were cockroaches crawling inside the safe deposit box.

Cheap with extras
Travelled with my wife and friend and stayed 2 nights. The price per night is cheap and Nagoya Food court is a stone's throw. The staffs are courteous and helpful.
However, one must tolerate the odour from the bathroom drain and the presence of cockroaches.
