My one day stay at Chandel

So we stayed here for one day and i must say the owner of this place is a gentelman and a welcoming person. Will directly jump on to the pros and cons that i came across
Pros:
1)Amicable staff
2)Superbb homemade food(Must Try)
3) Nice and clean rooms
4)Parking available and if you find difficulty in parking people here will help you park your car.
5) Nice scenic view
Cons:
1) Just one the rooms dint have heater and hence it became kindoff impossible to stay at -10 degree celcius.

Worst experience to book this home stay

I booked this hotel from Yatra.com and I had confirmation of booking from Yatra. When I talked to owner, He said yes there is booking but he refused on booking day. I had to suffer with my family. Also the person did not help me anymore and talked very non-professional. Also location is misleading.
