Good place to stay in Perinthalmanna

Room quality, cleanliness and staff courtesy is very good. Neatly maintained property. Accessibility to this hotel is very easy and the location is slightly away from the crowd making it less noisy and comfortable. Breakfast is served but they get food from outside. So inform in advance what you need. Ample parking space. You will get a better deal by calling their numbers than going for online agents. Make use if it. Having a restaurant inside would be a plus and make this hotel more convenient.
A few improvement areas
1. Light up the frontage so that it's visible better.
2. Fix the ramp to entry for cars so that it won't hit the bottom for low ground clearance cars
3. Keep some freshener in lobby for a pleasant feel

Great Property

Its a good property in this location. Rooms are clean and well maintained,decent food served and the staffs are courteous.View from property is also good.Overall nice experience. The banquet hall is also excellent

Excellent rooms and tasty food with good service.

This hotel is a four star category and the service and rooms are excellent and spacious respectively..
The food menu has got multicuisines.. You will get continental, arabic and local flavours as well.

Poor facility

I wonder how big the hotel because it's tallest building in Perinthalmanna.But when I visited with friends for a ifthar party I had get a chance to know the hotel deeply.The overall building maintained poorly.The food at restaurant is also very bad. I wonder is't a star hotel

Standard Hotel for stay at Perinthalmanna

Stayed for a month in this hotel. Good location, Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is basic with small spreads, but the items served are tasty and fresh. Room rates are little high when compared with similar hotels at Ernakulam or Calicut
