It was difficult to find the hotel as there were several Fab Hotel within kilometres

If you are just staying one night you should be fine, but otherwise I really don't recommend it as the room was not clean, sheets were dirty, there were cockroaches at night and it was a bit noisy.

Non cooperative and highly unprofessional

Very bad experience we had , when we checked in at this property on 19th June 2023. As we were compelled to pay Rs. 800/- on the reception mentioning that 2 rooms were booked on the basis of 1 person per room, since my online booking was on the basis of 2 adults and 2 rooms so they said that there are 2 extra person and the above amount is required to be paid upfront only then we would be allowed entry otherwise I may like to cancel my booking which would result in 100% forfeiture of amount due to cancellation. My second agony was that I had booked my room on the basis of "Breakfast Included" when asked for in the previous night of my departure morning that my breakfast maybe packed in the form of some chips, cookies and bread etc. as it was told that their restaurant starts at 8 a.m. only but I had to leave the hotel by 6 o clock in the morning. The above request of mine was flatly refused by the reception person saying that they do not make any alternate arrangement of Breakfast as requested by me for my family. The rooms are also quite small and smelly and cockroaches are there residing in room. As far as I think the hotel industry is a hospitality industry with good gestures and taking care and security of their guests in every form but this hotel manager and staff are very unprofessional and non cooperative and fully business minded so I would like to make aware all other guests in future to avoid to fall prey of such properties because such type of etiquettes and behavior would spoil your stay/vacation and also make you mentally depressed and disturbed.
