Decent Hotel with good restaurants

We were checked into this Hotel by a friend for 5 nights as it was her wedding. The room was small, no complaints here as we were a part of a large wedding group and hosted by the friend.
The Location of the Hotel is good. They have couple of restaurants serving veg as well as Non.Veg cuisine.
The food was good.
The Gym in the next building was old and musty with broken down equipments.
The service was good.

Road side breakfast equivallent

As stated, "Road side breakfast equivallent". We were unnerved to watch the staff simply put up a show and shut a road side breakfast by 10 am.
It became even more alarmingvto realise that the "Suite" booked had dirt and grim on the floor as we enetered the bedroom. While calling the household help to clean we raised our foot soles to prove that it genuinely is dirty.
The house keeping was generous with toiletries and water bottles.
That said, this hotel is by far our worst experience in Mangalore.

Awaited for 30 minutes' for only urine pass at 9.30 am because of cleaning

This morning we went for having breakfast at motimahal, food was okay, worst part was over there rest room's were not ready for urine pass 4 times i had asked restaurant staffs, front office staffs, and one more manager who is in lobby every time no response at all for alternative very casual attitude toward s guest we were wondering how this people are running the place by giving such kind of stupid excuse hopeless management

Good stay at reasonable price

Hotel is located at a central location with less than a km from Railway station. Hotel staff was really courteous throughout the stay. Swimming pool was well maintained. Food was good. We had some minor hiccups like AC remote and bathroom door knob not working properly. Overall, it was a good stay

This was an okay stay , rooms and toilet are not very clean . Breakfast was nice but cutlery is not very clean.
The location of the hotel is good , autos and taxis are readily available.
Reception area is nice and spacious.
