Can’t be beaten top class hotel
We arrived morning time and were quickly shown to our room after a refreshing welcome drink and a little hotel info
We stayed in the hotel suites and our room was immaculate and kept that way throughout our stay, excellent cleaning and restocking of toiletries etc
The hotel itself is immaculate throughout and the staff are so happy to help
Breakfast is very good, choice of English, continental or Indian, anything you want just ask and they will provide. Manager comes around every morning to make sure you are having the best holiday and to see if he can help with any issues
Pool ares are very clean and the pool bar is a good place to chill in the shade, we ate and drank there countless times and the standard was very good. Free pool towels is a big plus, you can even take them to the beach
We also ate at the sky bar in the evening, again very good food and reasonable prices
Location is as good as it gets, 10 mins to beach, plenty local shops and supermarket close by
Only thing we did notice is there are not enough sun beds, the hotel has 43 twin/double rooms and along with the villas there is nowhere near enough beds, maybe we went at a busy time (feb) and there was days we couldn’t get a bed so we went to local beaches
Staff members Samantha, Omkar and Kim in restaurants as well as Phonglan pool bar and Sandeep are just a few who we thought were excellent, as well as all the cleaners on floor 3
Overall an excellent hotel and we will return as it’s the best hotel we have stayed in whilst in North Goa

Best place to stay in Goa
Best experience we had
Starting from our arrival to our departure.
There was not a single thing we could fault. The staff were brilliant, the management were very attentive, rooms were imaculate and food was excellent.

The staff and management could not be friendlier or more helpful. Would definitely stay again. The management made sure they spoke to all the guests every morning. You cou could ask for anything and it was cooked for you to your taste,

wonderful relaxing stay with great staff and food
We enjoyed our stay very much: family-run hotel, very friendly staff, big room with comfortable bed, nice pool area, everything very clean.
Our personal highlight was the rooftop restaurant with wonderful food and of course chef Nikin's cooking lesson.

A Luxury Home Away from Home in Candolim Goa
I stayed at Seashell Suites and Villas for 7 nights, and it truly felt like a luxury home away from home. The welcome was absolutely luxurious, and the room was big and well-appointed, a true suite. The amenities were great, and the resort boasts three swimming pools, ranging from a bit more busy to the tranquil and quiet one at the bottom of the resort. It's only a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is perfect for a quick stroll anytime.
The prime location is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and bars. Housekeeping was very efficient, with Hari and Surya standing out for their exceptional service.
Breakfast was amazing, with ample choice and great service from Silvia and Kim, especially along with Utam and Omkar. Although I couldn't remember everyone's names, they were all good. The breakfast provided had a great variety, ensuring that every guest found something to their liking.
The owners, Shelly and Royston, were present at every breakfast, ensuring all guests were looked after. It felt like we were at their home having breakfast, and they were being perfect hosts. The Director, Sanjay, was also at each breakfast on his working days and joined Shelly and Royston in making sure every guest had a wonderful experience. The Chef, Nitin, was very attentive and ensured everyone had food that suited their taste.
The security staff were very attentive and ensured the guests' security. I appreciated how private the hotel was, which contributed to a sense of safety and exclusivity. I felt totally at home, and the way reception staff received me every time I went out and came back was like family members welcoming us. This personalised service made the stay even more memorable.
Ashish played a crucial role in making all of my arrangements post-booking and pre-arrival, ensuring that everything was in place for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Saurabh welcomed us warmly on the first day, setting the tone for our entire stay. We loved the place so much that we are definitely returning, and this resort will be our home away from home on every visit to Goa. Thank you to all of the Seashell Hospitality Team for making our stay so special and unforgettable.
