Good location at reasonable rates

Located nearly half a kilometre away from railway junction, hotel offers you good rooms at very reasonable rates. The stay was comfortable however cleanliness needs to be improved and they need to handle their guests in a more professional way.

Worst experience ever

We used this property for a night 29th Oct., it was worst experience ever. We are also an hotelier and know about the service and quality. This hotel is listed as 5 star category hotel, but services and standard are worst than non-star category. We don't recommend this property to any one.

Horrible

My stay at Bareilly palace was very bad. Horrible staff, they did not help me at all, only asked for tip and no one speaked english. Dont recomend.
Rooms where ok, but very noisy. The only good thing was that it is near by railway station.

Pathetic hotel

This is one of the worst hotel to stay in bareilly .Rooms are dirty and staff is ill mannered.It is advisable not to stay in this hotel.we checked into this hotel and found that rooms are dirty and hot water is not there in bathroom and food is also not that good.

Good for business travelers

Situated in the heart of the city, on main station road. Good hotel in its category. Although property is old and trying to maintain well but flaws are there. Staff is good and co-operative. Don't expect much. All together decent stay.
