Very nice clean and friendly hotel

The hotel is very close to the airport the rooms are very clean and upscale, staff are very friendly. My suitcase was lost and transferred to me the next day so the staff had toothbrush and shaving equipment for me.
. The rooms where cleaned every day I got a complimentary bottle of water and some sweets. Breakfast is very up class and worth the extra money .
The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 are too small issues. The first one is none of the staff speak English so you can communicate only by a translation app, and also my suitcase has arrived in the afternoon but I wasn't informed by the front desk even though I asked them to inform me when it arrives so I only found out about it the next day after I call the airline. Except for those two issues great hotel next time I'm going to the dusseldorf I'll be sure to book it again.

Restaurant not open for dinner, we have to walk and find something to eat. Neighborhood seems unsafe. The staff was eager to help despite the language barrier. She doesn’t speak English, we don’t speak German.

Property was fine, great for a layover or being somewhat close to the airport. Not much around this hotel if you are looking for things to do witjin walking distance.

Super nice

Owner is very kind, rooms are very very clean and the whole building is just brand new. Recommend it!!! We didn’t stay for too long but we tried the rooms and the breakfast, it was well made. Also the interiors of the lobby are so pretty, plus it’s close to the airport!!
