Clean and comfortable. The window didn't totally seal when closed. Had to ask for a second pillow.

Not as expected !

On arrival we were charged too much for the booked room, was then corrected after complaint.
When you left, you asked for more money for the breakfast you had already paid for.
Very unpleasant.
The rooms with renovation needs.
Breakfast was also bad. Coffee machine defective. The filter coffee in the jugs was just lukewarm. The cereal dispensers without function. Afterwards, a guest found all were locked downstairs . The staff didn't mind. Also missing from the buffet, spoons or forks.
We will no longer book this Intercity Hotel !

Excellent stay.
Friendly staff.
Nice room
Ok breakfast.
Situated perfectly, if you travel by train.
Only minus is a bit of noise in the morgning from the Train station.
But as an extra service from the hotel, there were earplugs in the room. Good service.

The room was full of hairs from previous guests, it is very close to the station so from 5 am onwards it is loud, not well insulated.

convenient and noisy

My feeling: small, worn-out, stuffy rooms. Without open window Sleep from heat - despite cool outside temperature - not possible; with open window Sleep not possible as the tram in front of the hotel is extremely noisy. Significantly the two receptionists who, when asked when checking in for a quiet room, confirmed I would get a very quiet one. Cleanliness and breakfast ok but nothing more. Positive is the convenient location.

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen haben. Wir bedauern es sehr, dass Sie aufgrund des Trubels am Bahnhof keine Ruhe finden konnten. Unser Hotel verfügt über Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof. Diese sind bedeutend ruhiger gelegen und liegen vom Bahnhof abgewandt.
