Welcome into a Haven with a Smile
We arrived on a Sunday at 18:00 and left at 19:00 to go out to dinner.
Reception staff organised extra pillows for two of us even though there was no housekeeping staff in service at that hour.
She also gave us a recommendation for a restaurant nearby, the Min Ramen Bar, which was superb.
It does not have a lift but we love walking.

Perfect location. The hotel is right off of the 5 tram which goes to the hbf. Located right at the edge of Altstadt, you are out of the busiest part of town but close enough that you can walk to the important sites.
Beautiful spacious rooms with a separate sitting area. The renovations were fresh and modern. Stairs are a bit narrow but there is a lift if you’d prefer!
Breakfast included. Delicious and a good selection. While I didn’t travel with my kids, I always take note of any high chairs and they do have one!
Helpful and friendly front of house staff always checked to make sure we were happy and asked if we needed anything.
Conclusion: 1000% recommend!
