Rooms good restaurant sucks
The ordered snitzel was as thin as paper with a lot of breading so it looks quite alright until you cut it.

Flickering light in the bathroom, measly menu in the "restaurant"
Arrival Saturday gg 11 am
Reported at the reception, paid for rooms, info get room tickets later from 3 pm. I'm fine. Very nice the young lady, quiet and helpful.
We still asked for the menu for the restaurant, purely informative. It was posted on the pillar, but we still received the map briefly.
Late in the afternoon we arrived at the hotel and received the room cards from a young man.
In the room we immediately noticed that the light in the bathroom did not work. A flash theatre at its finest. So strong that epileptic seizures can certainly be triggered.
Call reception, with the young man: Problem described. "The technician is no longer in the house. I'll send a colleague up." I ask if not with the cleaning also the functionality of the room is tested, such a thing should not be. I don't get an answer to that at all, but "yes, I'll send the colleague right now, maybe he can do something." Then I asked, "And what if not?" "Then it stays as it is," the young man replied. But in one tone...
I asked what that means, to which he said "yes I can't offer them another room, we're fully booked." I ended the phone call slightly irritated by the entire conversation.
The colleague who then came had a tube with him. Trade didn't change anything. He got a new starter. Exchange changed nothing
He tried very hard and then he offered - although" you were fully booked "- a junior suite. I asked if it was a six-foot bed in it. He denied it was 5'6".
We always wonder who sleeps at home at 2.60m, but good. We only book at least 1.80m or two single beds. We declined, but were very grateful for the offer.
The fact that at 7 pm there was only a mini menu on which we found nothing appealing and then heard that the kitchen could not maintain the usual menu because of a meeting of 25 people, we were completely speechless. The colleague of the restaurant was visibly unpleasantly struck....
They have a fully booked house and can't serve 25 people anymore?
Since in the area of the hotel is nothing tidy or even a restaurant to walk to. We were extremely annoyed.
Check out Sunday was very nice, even this colleague professionally. We briefly shared our experience with her. She immediately tried to soften the annoyance and made the right words.
In the aftermath, I wrote an email to the management of the reservation, which is almost like this review. To this day, four weeks later, no reaction.
This hotel is not recommended. Maximum as consolation to have a short walk to the arena or stadium.
The guest pays 100% and then has to turn on lights in the hallway, leave bathroom door open to see somewhat in the bathroom what he is doing on toilet, in the shower or while applying makeup on the mirror.
Unbelievable

Car came to be parked in the underground garage. A few restaurants are within walking distance.
