To avoid
I had to wait 2 days and I’m still waiting for a simple iron, it’s still the kind of detail you would expect as a 4 star customer.
The room, although offering a double bed, was not really nice because we felt too much the two separate single beds, which affects the quality of sleep.
The dinner in room service was another episode: I received the tray from another room
As for maintenance, the room was deteriorating before my eyes, especially at the walls not to mention cleanliness at least I know that the previous inhabitant was a woman with long hair .
But the worst was at check-out. I thought it would be quick, but in fact, I was asked to pay for two rooms when I had only booked one! After about fifteen minutes of exchanges I had to show all my resa on the app and my cancellations to justify that I had never booked 2 rooms , I was finally told that it was a mistake. But in the meantime, I almost missed my TGV. Frankly, to forget as soon as possible!
Next stop in Valencia it will be at the Novotel

Fabulous stay with superbe service!!!
What supposed to be an efficient one nighter on our trip the Côte de Azure turned out to be a very pleasant stay!
Very welcoming reception, great service at the terrace and superbe service at breakfast.
The room was small but the beds are very nice and in the shower you get the luxurious feeling with Nuxe showergel and lotion.
Close to the highway (very quiet room) so a fantastic hotel and great value for money!! Well done staff of Mercure Valace Sud!!!
