They gave me a bedroom that was not made. It was 7pm when I arrived and I have checked in online before. Very annoying

The hotel was clean, the staff was excellent. The only downer was the picture in the listing was a nearby castle, not the hotel. The local area is amazing with great restaurants, park, local shops. I will always come back!

3 star standards not met
The "comfort" does not correspond to a 3 star: small room, dilapidated bathroom including bathtub seals that need to be changed, plumbing in ruins under the sink, no trash bag for the bathroom trash can, no fridge, a whole story to buy a bottle of mineral water... Very disappointing, so can be abusive despite the very good location.

Pour répondre à notre politique environnementale, nous ne sommes plus en mesure de mettre des sacs poubelles en plastique dans les chambres.
Les ibis styles ne disposent également pas de frigo dans les chambres mais vous pouvez mettre des aliments au frais en vous adressant à la réception.
Un bar à eau a volonté et totalement gratuit est à disposition dans le hall ainsi que des bouteilles en verre.
Le réceptionniste à tout de même su répondre à votre demande sans problème lors de l'achat d'une bouteille d'eau minéral.

Very disappointed with this establishment
There isn't even a bar to drink in. Drink after his day's work. Breakfast is a disaster… especially for the price we pay
