good traditional hotel

Hotel quite correct and rather well located close to the city center (10mn walk)
We stayed there one night. The room although quite small was very comfortable well equipped and very clean. The toilet is independent of the bathroom which I appreciate
Breakfast in the morning offers a good variety in buffet form

Very nice room

The room was very nice, clean and a comfortable bed. For those who like a early breakfast, it’s great to be able to get up and make it. Located on the heart of Sarlat my room had nice views. Close to shops and restaurants plus the historical areas.

Cozy hotel in the area

I was at the hotel a few months ago. It is a modest but welcoming hotel, The lady at the reception was super friendly and was in charge that everything, was multitasking,.. I chose the hotel to see the area, and the locality itself surprised me.. it is a beautiful village,

Stay that could have been excellent

Too bad..the rooms are not clean as well as the bathroom, too bad that at the reception a person of a certain age allows himself to vape. Too bad that breakfast staff are forced to help guests when needed when they could do it nicely.
The management is not up to a 4 star rating.

We booked the Grand Hotel as its facilities included a health suite including a pool,sauna & jacuzzi to relax in after a 4hr drive,however upon arrival we were told that the Jacuzzi was unavailable.
I also requested a bath in the bathroom which was ignored as we were placed in a room with only a shower..
3rd minor whinge was the fact the double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses which inevitably during the night parted.
And finally due to these discrepancies, i asked for a complimentary breakfast or even a price reduction on the €16 pp cost,which was dismissed as i made my booking through Hotels.com..whatever that meant..
