Beautiful discovery

Passing after a motorcycle ride , without Reservation and arrived around 12h45 , we were greeted with a smile and very well placed on the terrace , quiet, where the view is very pleasant
Delicious, fresh and well presented dishes for a very decent price.
Fast service and always with big smiles, thank you for this good time

A natural and gourmet stopover

A very welcoming establishment with a swimming pool and paddling pool for the little ones. The setting is magnificent with a view of the Ambialet site. A gourmet restaurant but at an affordable price, with quality products and a varied wine list that gives pride of place to the region. All the staff are charming and friendly

A very friendly hotel-restaurant

Located in a very touristy region and in a village which is just as popular, this hotel-restaurant has the advantage of offering the comfort of a three-star establishment, of being classified with the "Logis de France", all knowing how to keep its family spirit which has existed for several generations.
The rooms have been modernized and brought up to current standards, making it a very nice little hotel with a view of the village of Ambialet and the Tarn valley.
As for the restaurant, if it is renowned in the region it is not by chance... The cuisine is very good, the products are of quality and the service is very well done. The only small criticism if you're really looking for something to complain about is that the choice of dishes on the menus is quite limited; The card doesn't offer much more; Shame !
For wines, the list is sufficient but some prices are a little high; This is probably the fault of the wine merchants who often offer slightly overrated wines...
That said, it's a good address for a stopover or a quiet little stay!

A little corner of paradise

The setting is exceptional with a lovely panorama. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and above all clean. The restaurant is excellent, quality homemade with a breathtaking view from the terrace. Finally, the staff is charming, it’s really a beautiful address.

Excellent table in a magnificent site!

Quality restaurant, very well located and a welcome that matches the freshness of the dishes..... don't hesitate...... The site is magnificent and peaceful as can be!!!!!
Generations follow one another and the Elders have nothing to reproach the new generations!!!!!!!
