Very good Hotel, but the reception unfortunately...
I would have given it a 5* if it had not been for 2 problems, one of which is critical, which I will explain later.
I spent one night there between CDG Flights.
First the advantages:
1. Probably the most spacious room I received during my trip to France, with an equally spacious bathroom, good towels and good hot water pressure
2. Excellent mattress without a doubt, good firmness with 2 types of pillows (important for those with neck vertebrae problems)
3. Excellent soundproofing, so we finally spent a quiet night
4. Free CDG shuttle in both directions
5. Good breakfast included in the Award
6. A Good Restaurant at the Right Awards
7. Finally a the reasonable cost of the room taking into account all the advantages mentioned above and the competition around
Now the disadvantages:
I haven't found any except 2 problems that in my review are easily repairable, but still quite boring.
1. Arrival at CDG I could not contact the Inn by phone to call the shuttle because my mobile could not dial a phone number in France.
So I used CDG WiFi and the Whatsapp number provided by the Inn. Unfortunately no one reacted. Finally I had to ask someone to use their cell phone to call them and finally ask to send the shuttle.
The person at the front desk didn't do his job, too bad.
2. The next day, having to return early to CDG for another flight, I had asked at reception for an alarm clock at 6:30.
Nobody called!
No damage though because I had set my mobile alarm on the second line.
Anyway, I was in danger of missing my flight.
Another problem from the front desk staff.
I nevertheless give good 4* for the benefits mentioned above because for me a good night's sleep is very important.
An Important Trip Tip:
look for the orange sign with a bed in CDG to find the shuttle stop

The breakfast only very poor, not filled when some dishes are empty. The srumbled eggs very bad tase, the crepes cold. Not a lot of choice further.
